Here is the PEIA Wellness Program Pilot RFP solicitation #IHPEI170001.  Please read the RFP and its included instructions very carefully.
 
There will be a non-mandatory Pre-bid conference on April 24, 2017.  Invitations to that Pre-bid will be sent out based on Intent-to-Bid forms received.
