Public Hearings will be held November 9 - 19, 2026, in Morgantown, Beckley, Shepherdstown, Charleston, Wheeling. There is also a Virtual Public Hearing scheduled for November 12, 2026.0
Proposals for Plan Year 2028 (benefits from 7/1/27 – 6/30/28 and 1/1/28 -12/31/28 for Medicare members) are being finalized now. You’ll find the proposed changes on our website no later than November 1, 2026.
Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m. - Everyone attending the meeting must sign in and indicate if they wish to speak.
Public Hearing 6 p.m. - The proposals will be presented and audience comments will be recognized by the board.

- Parking for the Charleston event is located in the parking lot on Piedmont Street.
- Parking for the Wheeling event is permitted in the bank parking lot across the street as well as on-street availability.
