PEIA ACCESS Go Live Update - July 30, 2026
Dear Benefit and Premiums Administrators,
This is a friendly reminder that PEIA remains on track to launch ACCESS on August 3, 2026. We are excited to move forward with the transition and officially replace the Manage My Benefits system this Saturday. You should expect to receive an email with your user name and a temporary password on Monday, August 3, 2026.
PEIA is currently in a blackout period. During this time, please:
Do not submit enrollment forms or other paperwork to PEIA.
Do not create premium payments in the Web Contribution System, as the interfaces are inactive. Agencies will be able to make online payments in ACCESS after it goes live.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete this transition. We look forward to going live on August 3 and thank you for your continued cooperation.

Affordable Care Act Information
- Health care forms, IRS 1095-B and 1095-C, are mailed to PEIA policyholders each year. PEIA mails the 1095-B forms in late February, as required by law. PEIA members will receive either a 1095-B or 1095-C, depending on their employer and employment status. According to the IRS website, you do not need these forms to file your taxes.
