Affordable Care Act Information
- Health care forms, IRS 1095-B and 1095-C, are mailed to PEIA policyholders each year. PEIA mails the 1095-B forms in late February, as required by law. PEIA members will receive either a 1095-B or 1095-C, depending on their employer and employment status. According to the IRS website, you do not need these forms to file your taxes. If you want more information, check out these handy FAQs on the IRS website.
