Benefit coordinators work closely with policyholders to answer questions about health insurance, life insurance and other benefits. Below are a few good resources:
PEIA ACCESS Go Live Update - June 15, 2026
Benefit Coordinators and Web Contributions Coordinators:
As you may be aware, PEIA is developing a new system to replace BAS in light of the State's transition from the mainframe. The new system is called the PEIA Account Coordination & Centralized Enrollment Support System (ACCESS) and was initially targeted for a July 1, 2026 go-live date. While the team anticipates that core functionality will be ready by that time, PEIA is continuing to exercise caution and has tentatively scheduled the go-live to August 1, 2026. This extension will provide additional time to continue refinement and testing.
Until further notice and confirmation of the new go-live date, please continue to operate within Manage My Benefits (MMB) and the Web Contributions systems. The previously scheduled blackout dates of June 12 - June 26, 2026, have been cancelled. We ask that you kindly refrain from processing enrollment changes with an effective date of September 1, 2026 or later, at this time.
Please stay alert for upcoming communications from the ACCESS team, as they will provide timelines and guidance to assist you in preparing for the transition.

Affordable Care Act Information
- Health care forms, IRS 1095-B and 1095-C, are mailed to PEIA policyholders each year. PEIA mails the 1095-B forms in late February, as required by law. PEIA members will receive either a 1095-B or 1095-C, depending on their employer and employment status. According to the IRS website, you do not need these forms to file your taxes. If you want more information, check out these handy FAQs on the IRS website.
