Open Enrollment Information - Plan Year 2025

​​​​​​​​​​​OPEN ENROLLMENT, PLAN YEAR 2025

April 2, 2024 - May 15, 2024

​During open enrollment, you can change your health plan, add, drop or change coverage for yourself and your dependents without a qualifying event, and make changes to your Mountaineer Flexible Benefits, if applicable.  ​

Members who have not signed up for E-Delivery from PEIA will receive a pap​er copy mailed to their home.

Simply click on the “Manage My Benefits” button above and follow the instructions to log on to view your current plan benefits. You must finalize any changes you make ​by the end of open enrollment on May 15, 2024.

If you wish to view or make changes to your optional benefit coverage provided by Mountaineer Flexible Benefits, these changes must be completed online at www.myFBMC.com​ or via a paper enrollment form submitted to your agency’s benefit coordinator by the end of open enrollment.
