Personify Health - Your wellbeing. Your rewards.  ​​​​​​​​

Personify Health (formerly Virgin Pulse) is a wellness platform with tools and resources to support PEIA policyholders personal wellbeing goals. This includes free coaching, healthy habit tracking, fun step challenges, a video library and so much more! 

 

Earn $100 annually for participating! 

PEIA PPB Plan policyholders have the opportunity to earn $100 in Rewards Cash every year by getting their routine health screenings, taking a Health Assessment, tracking healthy activities and other actions. Members can see all of the ways they can earn in their free account or on this Personify Health Program Overview. (link to rewards guide)

    • Complete a short Health Check Survey and help individualize your platform. 

    • Set up a challenge and invite some friends. 

    • Choose a healthy habit goal or two and track these habits. 

    • Sync a device to share your activity with your platform for easy tracking.

    • Check out the video library to learn something new.

    • Sign up for a coach to help you achieve your wellness goals.  


More about Rewards Cash: Rewards will be earned quarterly, with a total of $100 available throughout the year. Rewards cash can be used to purchase gift cards or other merchandise in the Personify Health Store or can be donated to charity. This is a strictly voluntary program and will have no effect on PEIA premiums or eligibility.  

 

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 
 

Who can participate? 

Any PEIA PPB Policyholder, including non-Medicare retirees with PPB plan.  
 

Who is the sponsor organization when I sign up for the platform? 

PEIA is the sponsor organization.  
 

How can I include others in my family or friends that want to participate? 

Each policyholder can invite up to 10 friends and family members to participate on the platform. These individuals will have access to limited activities, and they cannot earn rewards. Simply go to the social tile within the app and select friends to add someone after your account has been created. 
 

What does it mean “Incentives are subject to tax per federal law”? 

This means that federal law requires PEIA to report any redeemed incentives to your employer and that your employer will include this amount as taxable income on your W-9.   
 

How long do I have to redeem my rewards? 

The reward points will accumulate until the program is either terminated by PEIA or the employee.  
 

Why should I participate in the platform?  

We know that the more a member engages in wellness and preventative activities, the better their health will be. This is a way for our members to create their own health journey and reduce their risk and impact of chronic disease. A large portion of the rising costs of healthcare are directly tied to preventable conditions. Utilizing the wellness platform and engaging in your own health journey is a way for you to contribute to controlling the escalation of healthcare costs for both yourself and the plan.
