Join us for a Mountaineer Mile event April 7, 2026!

PEIA and Personify Health invite all state employees working in and around the State Capitol to attend a Mountaineer Mile event tomorrow, April 7. Open to participants of all fitness levels, the Mountaineer Mile offers an energizing midday opportunity to step away from work, get moving, and connect with colleagues. 

Event Schedule:

11:00 a.m. – On-site registration (Central fountain/Liberty Bell, North Circle)

11:30 a.m. – One-mile walk around the Capitol perimeter begins

The first 100 PEIA PPB plan participants to register on-site will receive a complimentary event T-shirt. Planmembers on the Personify app will earn triple points for this and all Mountaineer Mile walks during the month of April.

No advance registration is required. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable walking shoes and invite coworkers or friends to join.
