UMR Welcome Packets for PPB Members

We will soon begin to mail out UMR Welcome Packets, including new ID cards, to PPB Plan members. These packets will contain important information for policyholders regarding how to view your Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), how to sign up for the new member portal at www.umr.com, and much more.
