Planned Manage My Benefits Outages

​PEIA has been notified that our internet service provider will be performing necessary maintenance over the next three weekends. Because of this upgrade, the Manage My Benefits website will be offline each Saturday beginning at 1 p.m. and continuing until that day's work is done, and will also be offline each Sunday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

On Sunday, May 15, 2022, the last day of Open Enrollment, the system will be unavailable from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. You will be required to take care of any Open Enrollment transactions you need to complete outside of these times.

If you are unable to complete your enrollment online, you may request a transfer form be mailed to you by calling our Open Enrollment Helpline at 1-877-676-5573. Transfer forms need to be signed no later than Sunday, May 15, 2022, and turned in to your agency's Benefit Coordinator as soon as complete.

Remember, you have until 11 p.m. on Sunday, May 15, 2022, to make any Open Enrollment changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause.​
